Buildings 1367 and 1368 - Pearl Harbor
Enlisted personnel, often four to a room, lived in buildings that did not meet the Navy's Quality of Life standards or current seismic codes. The two buildings were completely gutted, refinished inside and out, and air-conditioned.
- The renovated rooms, though still small by QOL standards, satisfy PACDIV requirements and serve as models for future BEQ renovations at SUBASE.
- Replacing the sidewalk, a new single-story addition helps to unite the two buildings and provides common areas and offices to serve the personnel in both of them.

Buildings 1367 and 1368 are now linked by a one-story building, which houses a large common space, covered lanai and barbecue area, and offices.
