Ke Ali‘i Kai
On the westerly flank of Haleakala, the 95 homes in Ke Ali’i
Kai are built along the contours of a natural gulch. With seven different models,
two different
exterior design motifs, four distinct color schemes, and various ohana options,
duplication of homes is rare.
- One- and two-story homes range in size from 1400 to 2400 square feet and may contain up to five bedrooms and four baths.
- Each home features a great room containing living and dining rooms and
kitchen.
- Wide eaves, double-hung four-light windows, and double-pitched roofs on some models adapt to Maui's climate and kama’aina style.
