Wing A of Building 1330 at Pearl Harbor was renovated to meet the Navy's Quality of Life standards for bachelor enlisted personnel.
Building 1330 - Pearl Harbor
Bachelors' Enlisted Quarters in Wing "A" of Building 1330 did not meet current or proposed Quality of Life standards established by the Navy. Working with Navy engineers from PACDIV, Mason Architects provided the architectural and interior design, prepared a collateral equipment list, and processed the specifications for the project.
- Sleeping rooms, kitchenettes, and bathrooms were upgraded.
- A new roof, fire sprinkler and alarm systems, and new interior and exterior finishes were added.
- The structure was upgraded to meet current seismic codes.
- Also renovated were the office, laundry, sunroof, and lounge in an adjacent building.
