Polly Cosson Tice, architectural historian, joined Mason Architects in 2003 after receiving her M.S. in Historic Preservation from Columbia University. She is currently the Qualified Preservation Professional for the Navy Region Hawaii Family Housing Public-Private Venture. She was the project manager on the Historic Asset Management Plan for Commander Naval Region Hawaii, the expansion of the Pearl Harbor Naval Complex Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plan, the preparation of Historic Context Reports and Preservation Plans for World War II wooden facilities, splinterproof shelters, and gun emplacements at Pearl Harbor, and on a field survey to assess buildings potentially eligible for the National Register along proposed alternative routes for the Honolulu High-Capaciy Transit Corridor.
